Equipment Features
1. Long service life: The box is made of Q235 carbon steel, sprayed with anti-corrosion coating, with strong resistance to environmental corrosion and a life of 30 years.
2. High efficiency and energy saving: The core membrane group adopts enhanced hollow fiber membrane lining, with strong resistance to acid and alkali, high pollution resistance, good regeneration effect, and energy saving of about 40% for aeration flushing compared with traditional flat membrane.
3. Highly integrated: The membrane pool is separated from the aerobic pool, and the membrane pool serves as an off-line cleaning pool, while the equipment is integrated into one, saving the land area.
4. Short construction period: civil construction only needs hardened ground, simple construction, shorten the cycle by more than 2/3.
5. Intelligent control: PLC fully automatic operation, simple operation and maintenance, taking into account offline and online cleaning control.
6. Safety disinfection: UV disinfection is used in the water, which is more penetrating and can kill 99.9% of bacteria, and no residual chlorine in the water, which does not produce secondary pollution.
7. Flexible selection: according to different water quality, water requirements, process design, more accurate selection.
